Most classes include a second live, instructor-led session that’s basically “exercise mode” — guided problem-solving with instructors who’ve done the work for real

Sometimes you need training that works around real schedules. We partner with TLC_TRNG to support self-paced learning you can knock out on your time, plus hybrid options when you want a live session to bring it to life.
Their content library covers a wide range of emergency management basics and common building blocks (including ICS and EM foundations), and it’s designed to help close the gap between having a plan and actually using it.
Bottom line: if your team needs consistent training across the organization (without fighting calendars), this is a strong option.
