Our ICS courses use a hybrid virtual format that cobines two things:
Self-Paced Learning
Self-Paced Learning
You complete the core material on your own time. Start, stop, rewind, and revisit sections as needed all in your internet browser. No special software. No apps to download. Just log in and work through it when it makes sense for you.
After you complete the self-paced learning, you will sign up for one of the available virtual instruction days.

This isn’t a repeat of the online content. Instead, it’s where everything comes together.
We use this time to:
Talk through how ICS actually works in practice
Apply concepts using real-world examples
Answer questions that don’t fit neatly into a slide deck
Think less “lecture” and more “let’s walk through this together.”
Typically, the virtual instructiond day is less than 7 hours long (shorter for most courses), completed all in one day, and done from your computer.
